PRIVACY INFORMATION
This website is a static information site for Biohazard Media. It does not have an account registration form or take online payments.
Order requests
If you submit an order request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected packages, device quantities, shipping option, address if provided, names entered for individual subscription accounts, and any message you add. Wix Forms stores this information so Biohazard Media can contact you to confirm your request and arrange payment. No online payments or payment-card information are collected on this website.
Customer reviews
If you send us a review, Wix Forms privately stores the display name, package or service, star rating and written review you submit. No submitted review is automatically displayed publicly. Biohazard Media manually reviews submissions and will publish only approved content. Your chosen display name, rating, package and review may become visible on the site after approval.
Contacting us
If you choose a call or email link, your telephone or email provider opens the contact action. Information you send directly to Biohazard Media is used to respond to your request and discuss the service.
Cookies and analytics
Your package, device, and individual account-name selections may be saved in this browser's local storage so your cart is available as you browse and return to checkout. This is not used for advertising or tracking.
This website does not intentionally set tracking cookies or include third-party analytics scripts. Its hosting provider may process technical access data in order to serve and secure the site.
External services
Your email and telephone providers have their own privacy terms. If other external links are added later, they may also have separate privacy practices.
